EL POAIG, a sustainable project
Since our beginning, at EL POAIG we set out to create more than just an olive oil: a way to protect and give value to the millenary olive trees of Maestrat. These trees, which have survived for centuries, are witnesses of a shared history and deserve to be preserved for future generations. The quality of our oil, the result of extreme care and artisanal know-how rooted in our land, is the expression of that will to endure. We are an independent and human project, committed to a responsible model of production, connected to culture, territory, and environmental respect.
Our oils are born with a double demand: sensory excellence and the preservation of their origin. Each bottle of EL POAIG, crafted in handmade porcelain to protect the oil from light and temperature, is designed to last and be reused, thus integrating circularity into our proposal. We believe that producing less, but with deeper meaning, is the true path to sustainability. That is why we limit our productions and constantly seek new ways to innovate in materials and processes that respect nature.
EL POAIG is, above all, a human project born of friendship and rooted in our land. We embrace a model of work that respects the rhythms of people and nature, fostering stability and the development of talent in an environment of inclusion and wellbeing. Each harvest is also an opportunity to pass on the value of our culture to new generations.
