01What CARMEN DEL POAIG contains+
Organic extra virgin olive oil in a 500 ml dark-glass bottle. It is a blend of Arbequina, Hojiblanca and Alfafarenca.
02Knowledge passed from one generation to the next+
It is named after Carmen Beltrán, Joaquim’s grandmother, who passed on her knowledge of olive growing and a relationship with the land rooted in observation, care and respect for its rhythms.
03Preservation and bottling+
The oil rests away from light and oxygen in stainless-steel tanks under nitrogen or argon and is bottled for each order. Dark glass protects it from light.
